The Kaiut Yoga Method

The Kaiut Method is a therapeutic method of yoga that focuses on nervous system regulation and biomechanical optimization. It combines ancient yogic principles with chiropractic methodology and neuroscience to create a system that works for modern bodies. In the Kaiut Method, the focus is on physiological and neurological function, not aesthetics and poses. Through small, precise movements that restore natural joint function while creating new neural pathways, you will rebuild your body and your connection to it.

This therapeutic, floor-based method was designed by Francisco Kaiut to be accessible to "every body" (para todo mundo), regardless of age, experience, flexibility, or perceived ability​.  Kaiut Yoga is customizable, highly sustainable, and meant to serve you for the long-run.
