Kaiut Yoga
A biomechanical approach to body, mind and nervous system health.

This mostly floor based, yin-style practice uses precise movement and longer holds to balance the nervous system and restore functional mobility to the body. Benefits include stress reduction, autonomic tone, improved circulation and digestion, decreased chronic pain and inflammation, greater mobility and stability, and less fatigue. This practice is for ALL bodies, regardless of fitness level, shape, or perceived ability, and is meant to serve you for the long haul!
Strength & Balance
​Like physical therapy ... but fun!

This low-impact workout will use a variety of equipment such as pilates balls, resistance bands and hand weights to build strength and improve balance. Ideal for all fitness levels.
Dive Barre
​The least fancy barre class of all time.

Drawing on pilates, yoga and ballet traditions, this fun and challenging class focuses on mobility, balance and strength. No mirror. No barre. No comparisons. ZERO dance experience, rhythm, coordination or fancy outfit required!
